The coffee company says it will use the software to improve the way it processes orders, monitor the performance of its employees, and help customers find the best deals.

“We believe that our customers are right to be skeptical of artificial intelligence and the kinds of artificial information that can be used to predict our future,” said Starbucks chief human resources officer Chris Odom.

The new system, called AIsense, will be able to analyze the data that is fed into the company’s payroll system, and will eventually be able learn more about its employees.

It will then be able better understand what it needs to know about employees and make suggestions on how to improve their jobs.

“Our goal with AIsence is to improve and enhance our work-life balance so we can continue to build and grow our company,” Odom said.

The company has previously said that its artificial intelligence software is being used to help the company understand how people use its stores, and the new system will use machine learning techniques that will give it better insights about the company.

This is important because, in the years to come, Starbucks expects to hire hundreds of thousands of new employees.

“As we expand our capabilities and learn about what makes us so successful, we’ll be able offer even better and more relevant information about our customers to them,” Odoomsaid.

“In addition, as our business grows, we expect to need to constantly adapt our services, as the demand for the products we sell will grow and the business evolves.”
